About This Splash Pad
Southdown Pool is a privately owned swim club in the Southdown Shores community of Edgewater, Maryland, open to the public for memberships and swim lessons. The facility operates seasonally from late May through mid-September 2026, with varying hours: weekdays typically 3:30pm–7pm or 10:30am–7:30pm depending on the period, and weekends 10:30am–7:30pm. The pool recently underwent replastering and will feature new in-pool lighting, with occasional extended weekend hours planned for the season.
