About This Splash Pad

Oasis is an extensive outdoor water facility in Billings operated by the Better Billings Foundation and Harvest Church, open daily from noon to 7 p.m. from late May through late August. The facility includes tower slides, a wave surfing attraction called Ripbreak-WaveSurfer with height restrictions (42 inches minimum for boogie boarding, 48 inches for flow boarding), and a dedicated shallow water area for children under 42 inches. Admission is $14 daily, with discounts available for seniors, military, groups, nonprofits, and visitors arriving after 5 p.m., while children 3 and under are free.
