About This Splash Pad
The Kearney Water Trail is a 2.3-mile paddling route through Kearney that features two whitewater features added in 2022, offering a unique water experience in Nebraska. The trail runs from a landing and parking area on the northeast side of Yanney Park to an exit on the west side of Central Avenue, and is accessible to paddlers of all skill levels. Admission is free, and the trail typically operates from April through October. Kayak rentals are available through Kearney Paddle Sports.
