Downtown Park's splash pad operates seasonally from May through September, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, weather permitting. The 2-acre urban park also features a water wall pavilion called Buoyant, raised lawn areas, gardens, a dining grove, restrooms, and drink fountains.
